Ameann DeJohn is currently an active consultant, author and speaker to top salons, spas and skin care manufacturers across the United States. She is the former President of North America for SAMPAR Paris, and General Manager of West Coast for GUINOT Paris at Thibiant International. Ameann is a respected beauty industry professional and is sought after for her 20 years of hands on experience and proven ability to increase sales through market penetration, leadership and training and for her ability to turn jeopardy accounts to profitability.

Previous to her call at SAMPAR and GUINOT, Ameann was the founder, CEO and owner of Luxe Spa in upstate New York. The staff of leaders at Luxe Spa were trained and enabled by Ameann to control day to day operations freeing her to address strategic initiatives and goals. Her unique approach of empowering the staff combined with her vision of creating a refuge for health and wellness with one-of-a-kind, signature treatments brought media attention, a strong customer following and a 12% increase in sales annually.

As DeJohn Consulting Ameann served as consultant and trainer for hundreds of top spas across the US on all aspects of skin care business including pay programs, incentives, product knowledge, design and layout of facilities, inventory control, personnel recruitment and management. In this role she also traveled the country presenting at conferences and speaking at various top level industry events.

Throughout her career and prior to her two proprietorships, Ameann also served as Spa Director for one of the largest day spas in upstate New York, acted as Director of Sales East Coast for an exclusive French skin care line and excelled as Manager of Prescriptives, Bloomingdales in Manhattan. In this early role at Prescriptives, she received multiple awards as the top Beauty Analyst and highest retail producer and received recognition for her advice to corporate in developing custom blended formulas for foundations and powders, a very progressive and forward thinking concept at its time.

Ameann DeJohn currently resides in Los Angeles where she owns and operates Ameann Solutions, a full service consulting company serving the beauty industry from start-ups to long standing corporations. Ameann Solutions provides advice and direction in the areas of business planning, operations, analysis, product marketing and distribution, market research, speaking, teaching and training and strategic long range business development. In addition, consultation can provide start to finish product development, creative concepts and development of signature treatments and custom services.
